Hopefully I don't come out too cheesy, but I just would like to THANK YOU for creating this program. I'm not very techy nor do I have lots of money to just throw around, but what I do have is a wonderful dad that unfortunately has Parkinson disease.

He was given a phone as a present on his past birthday to were he recently downloaded an app that cause his phone to malfunction and was advise to wipe cache but instead he accidentally factory reset it. Even though he has his current email and passwords written down. The information he used when he first got the phone is no longer available. You see when he got the phone he created it and input his security info. Now I'm not sure if you're familiar with Parkinson's disease ( its a progressive disorder that causes memory loss it also affects the nervous system and causes uncontrollable movements such as tremors.) Even though, he is normally really good at writing things down. Well, like I mention before it was his birthday when he got the phone and created his security info. He was too excited to start using the phone that he didn't write the info down. He just figure that he would do it later and later just never came around also do to his Parkinson well, unfortunately later is never really an option for him. Any who, as I mentioned on my previous statement I just wanted to thank you for creating this program it really helps people that really have no way of getting the info required or aren't techy nor financially stable to afford to pay what other sites are asking in exchange for the same program... Hope its not too cheesy but really, THANK YOU...
